There’s a rehab place in somersetwoods that I chose for my post acute care. It is Regency Heritage on Demott Lane.
I will always be grateful to the folks at Ditmas Park Rehab center, including their staff, Mendel Rottenberg, David Skolnick and Yocheved, for the amazing therapy and care and support provided to us. Our loved one was cared for by a sensitive and efficient nursing staff. They were understanding and responsive when we had concerns and were always ready to help. We highly recommend Ditmas Park Care Center
I was extremely satisfied with the Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens. The entire process, from the initial admission from the hospital to the day of discharge from the rehab center, is made smooth and seamless. The social worker was great and the nurses and CNA’s on the first floor were all outstanding! Patricia Dawber
When I was a resident at other facilities they were more like a hospital setting. However, at Regency Gardens (for my 2nd rehab admission) I truly felt like I was in the closes environment to home. I did a lot of research when I was a resident at other facilities they were more like a hospital setting. However, at Regency Gardens (for my 2nd rehab admission) I truly felt like I was in the closest environment to home. I did a lot of research on facilities in the area (and there are many facilities, like Lakeview and Llanfair house and Atrium and others) and toured several of them prior to my knee replacement surgery. What drew to Regency on both occasions, was the home-like feel and atmosphere.
I am a past client of this provider Putnam Ridge is brand new, beautiful, and state-of-the art facility. They teach the patients how to get in and out of the cars. The therapists are very patient. A lot of the residents like my uncle don’t feel good or they don’t think they feel good and they just want to lay in bed. But they let us know promptly that Medicare will not pay if my uncle doesn’t go to two PTs a day.
